Within the scope of transnational projects, our teams develop IT solutions for worldwide use at ALDI SOUTH.

We are expanding our IT Performance Management team and are looking for ambitious, experienced IT controllers for ALDI International Services. Among other things, we are responsible for IT controlling worldwide and transfer pricing for IT services in close cooperation with the top management in IT. Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Leading your own team and ensuring their professional/personal development
• Assuming global responsibility for the operation and further development of international IT controlling
• Working closely with (inter)national IT and business departments
• Business partnering for the top management in IT
• Supporting projects in the context of IT controlling
• Centrally managing financial planning, budgeting, and controlling processes for the entire IT organisation
• Assuming ownership of the IT financial management framework, incl. governance, processes and tools

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Several years of professional leadership experience in the area of IT controlling
• A positive attitude, pleasure in shaping new things and experience in leading employees
• Excellent command of numbers combined with an analytical mindset
• High level of assertiveness; confident, authentic demeanour and a sense of diplomacy
• Above-average level of commitment, team spirit and communication skills
• Very good German and English language skills
• Affinity for IT

Desirable extras.

• Project management certification (e.g. PMP)
• Familiarity with Agile working methods (e.g. Scrum)
• Technology Business Management (TBM)
