• Leading and motivating a highly qualified technical team of enterprise architects with the goal of promoting a culture of cooperation, innovation and continuous improvement
• Continuously further developing the long-term architecture vision and strategy
• Actively shaping, evaluating and further developing the enterprise architecture in order to ensure that it is in line with current and future business strategies and requirements
• Evaluating new technologies, tools and frameworks to best support our business objectives
• Promoting cooperation among the global architecture community and other key stakeholders
• Building and continuously developing the team; identifying and promoting the professional and personal potential and development needs of individual team members

Your Profile

What you should have.

• A degree in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in managing technical teams
• Excellent leadership, conflict management and communication skills
• Quick comprehension skills, analytical thinking and a strategic mindset
• A good understanding of how companies and their IT interact and the ability to think and work strategically
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary international teams and stakeholders

Desirable extras.

• In-depth knowledge of and interest in managing technical teams as well as a sound grasp of technical concepts and processes 
• Experience in designing architecture principles, methods and frameworks and experience in one or more of the following areas is beneficial: system integration, cloud technologies, data management and security
