Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Establishing standardised and harmonised processes as well as governance frameworks, while also providing guidance to Project Leads based on best practices
• Leading, coordinating and orchestrating the Project PMO team including external resources 
• Collaborating closely with project leadership in global buying projects
• Supporting projects throughout the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion in both waterfall and agile project frameworks as part of a central governance process
• Project planning, including milestone tracking, status updates and risk management
• Setting up tools as well as maintaining and updating structures (e.g. Jira, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence, MS Teams)
• Monitoring costs and tracking budgets for both internal and external costs (e.g. in Tableau)

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in IT, economics, project management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management in an international company or management consulting firm
• Sound methodological skills in project management (PMI, agile PM)
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Power Point and Excel, as well as knowledge of Jira, SharePoint, Confluence and ServiceNow
• An affinity for numbers combined with analytical skills and the ability to communicate diplomatically
• Structured and organised working style
• Advanced communication skills
• Fluency in English

Desirable extras.

• Initial experience in agile project management 
• German language skills
