Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Operating and optimising IT monitoring solutions and frameworks
• Preparing technical IT monitoring specifications and implementation concepts
• Conducting workshops and training
• Providing advice and assistance to our national and international development and operating teams
• Cooperating with other IT monitoring teams and on stakeholder management across teams

Your Profile

What you should have.

• University degree or similar qualification with a focus on IT
• Knowledge in the area of applications, website and mobile app monitoring is desirable
• Initial experience with Dynatrace, New Relic, Elastic Stack or similar monitoring solutions
• A basic understanding of web, API and cloud technology
• Very good English language skills

What is desirable.

• Programming experience in at least one script language
• Knowledge in the area of IT Service Management / ITIL and in project management
