Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Managing an international project with the goal of introducing a new software solution in several ALDI SOUTH countries as part of our global transformation, taking country-specific framework conditions into account 
• Introducing and ensuring acceptance of the global template in the countries under your responsibility 
• Planning and managing the country-specific project phases (preparation, fit/gap, build, SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare) 
• Supporting IT-relevant coordination between the central team and the local teams in the countries as well as between relevant stakeholders across divisions
• Coordinating internal and external project stakeholders in a strategic, autonomous and independent manner
• Managing and monitoring the external system integrator’s compliance with contractual obligations 
• Proactively solving problems, considering different perspectives and conducting detailed analyses as required
• Defining and reporting on KPIs regarding project progress, quality and budget compliance as well as initiating and following-up on improvement measures 
• Preparing presentations and decision papers for senior management

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on information technology or business administration 
• Several years of professional experience in managing international (SAP) transformation and deployment projects in a commercial environment
• Experience in the hierarchical management and further development of international employees or similar experience in the lateral management of interdisciplinary teams
• Positive mindset, analytical and structured way of thinking and working, as well as a keen interest in shaping and accompanying change  
• Excellent communication skills when dealing with international stakeholders and fluency in English and German
• Willingness to travel internationally (Europe)
