Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Initiating and managing international projects to design new business processes as part of our global transformation programme, as well as optimising and further developing our system landscape
• Leading, developing and strategically building an international team
• Coordinating internal and external project participants in a strategic and independent manner
• Preparing presentations for committees as well as decision papers and presentations for top management and executive management
• Assuming responsibility for  and managing the project budget

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Successfully completed Master’s degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
• Minimum of 10 years professional experience managing and leading international transformation and deployment projects
• Experience in the supervisory management and further development of international employees in large teams
• Several years of experience in the areas of project status reporting, risk management, budget responsibility and continuous improvements
• Entrepeneurial attitude, positive mindset, analytical and structured way of thinking and working as well as enjoyment in shaping and actively driving change
• Confident demeanour and excellent communication at a high management level up to the Executive Board
• Ability to manage international multi-stakeholder settings and fluency in English
• Willingness to travel internationally
