Your Job

• Leading and developing a small team of project managers
• Being responsible for the business cutover and the hypercare phase together with your team during the rollout of our global transformation project
• Acting as contact partner for important internal and external stakeholders – from our departments to the Deployment Leads
• Managing external project managers
• Cooperating and coordinating with national and international IT and other departments

Your Profile

• A degree with the main focus on IT or business economics
• Several years of professional experience in international IT project management
• Experience in implementing and/or in rolling out individual or standard software with a focus on cutover and/or hypercare
• You enjoy managing and developing employees
• You are flexible and assertive with sound diplomatic skills
• You have excellent communication skills and can act independently with authority and a competent demeanour at all times
• Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
