Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Supporting the design and development of our global IT governance system and operating model
• Managing and supporting and/or working on global, strategic and interdisciplinary (agile) IT projects
• Further developing the global IT strategy, taking into account current trends/developments
• Developing and implementing measures for improving the (global) IT organisation
• Defining responsibilities, IT functions, roles and decision-making bodies
• Cooperating with the ALDI business and (national) IT departments as well as external partners at international level
• Analysing and evaluating the level of maturity of the IT organisation and related processes, e.g. according to COBIT

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree with a main focus on business economics or IT (e.g. business informatics, business administration) 
• Experience in establishing/further developing an IT governance system, e.g. according to COBIT 
• Practical/theoretical experience in international project management (e.g. PMI) 
• Strategic thinking, assertiveness and negotiation skills 
• Committed and sociable team player 
• Very good presentation and communication skills, also in English 

Desirable extras.

• Experience with IT service management processes according to ITIL 
• Knowledge of agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
