As an SAP expert, you will play a key role in the implementation of ALDI SOUTH’s IT strategy and in one of the largest SAP implementation projects in the retail industry. You will develop global templates, implement software, monitor interfaces and liaise with all stakeholders.

<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Defining standards and guidelines for incident and problem management
  • Monitoring KPIs and evaluating the resulting data 
  • Analysing and defining consequences in close cooperation with our international teams
  • Advising the specialist teams on the application of methodical techniques for root cause analysis
  • Increasing the overall quality of service by creating best practices
  • Creating and presenting the relevant reports to stakeholders, e.g. business departments, as well as handling test, change and release management 

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • University degree in (business) informatics, IT-related vocational training or a comparable qualification 
  • Experience in strategic incident/problem management
  • Good knowledge in the use of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
  • Practical experience in ITIL processes 
  • Basic knowledge in the areas of operating and maintenance concepts for software solutions
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders from business and IT
  • Very good English language skills
