In our Center of Excellence for Business Process Management, we work closely with our international business and IT units on the end-to-end optimization of our business processes (including Buying, Supply Chain, Logistics, Omni-Channel and Finance) and also sustainably ensure that we have the most efficient and leanest processes in retail. In your role as (Senior) IT Consultant Celonis Projects (m/f/d) you will develop solutions in the state-of-the-art process mining software Celonis in a motivated team to make our business processes more transparent, efficient and automated. Your Job

What you give your best for.

• As Technical Lead, you are responsible for the execution of innovative Celonis projects together with our process experts and manage external partners
• You work closely with our international business units, IT systems experts and CoE BPM colleagues to create meaningful dashboards and analytics
• You develop state-of-the-art EMS solutions to support our end users in their daily work, e.g. by introducing automation (ActionFlows)
• You create data models and support the data validation process
• You develop enterprise-wide KPIs that allow to make far-reaching, fact-based decisions
• You continuously drive and develop our standards within the CoE BPM and become an active part of our Celonis Community of Practice

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree in (business) computer science, engineering or comparable education with a focus on business analytics.
• Very good understanding of SQL, ideally PQL as well as experience in the implementation of process mining software
• Understanding of process flows in IT systems and knowledge of ERP data structures
• Ability to present complex issues and results in a clear, structured and logical manner
• Positive mindset as well as pleasure in creating and accompanying changes
• Good German and English language skills
