Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Participating in projects, in particular by supporting the introduction of a new application for all (store) employees which facilitates the implementation of new work approaches 
• Supporting the global rollout of the entire application in all our stores and other domains
• Preparing decision papers and other relevant documents (particularly in PowerPoint)
• Assuming responsibility for the international coordination and active management of new requirements 
• Actively participating in the design of our product roadmap 
• Ensuring the smooth “steady state” operation of the application

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in business or IT
• Strong sense of initiative, structured methodical approach and willingness to innovate and support change
• Team spirit paired with strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• (Very) good written and spoken English and German language skills
• Good communication and presentation skills

Desirable extras.

• Experience using relevant software solutions (preferably ServiceNow)
• Experience in implementing software
• Experience in visual design, particularly in digital form
• Initial project or consulting experience
