Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Advising the top management team on strategic and operational issues
- Analysing projects, resources and risks for the development of strategic planning
- Supporting the management of financial and resource planning
- Carrying out process support and monitoring as well as continuously improving the process and organisational structure from concept design to implementation
- Determining need for action and preparing concrete decision papers
- Closely cooperating with international specialist departments and external partners
- Preparing and moderating meetings and workshops
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Studies with a focus on business administration or business informatics
- 2-3 years of experience in IT strategy consulting or management consulting
- Excellent numercial skills and analytical thinking
- Used to working in both agile and classic project environments
- You like to face complex digital challenges and work enthusiastically on the development and mediation of solutions
- You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts
- You can confidently understand and convey complex issues in German and English
- Very good handling of Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
