Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Supporting our central training team with the introduction and use of agile working methods as part of our new organisational model
• Crafting and conducting role-specific training sessions and team workshops as well as designing holistic learning paths for employees
• Inspiring the organisation by sharing the benefits of an agile, product-oriented setting – let’s spread the word! 
• Implementing value-adding “communities of practice” in the specialist departments
• Providing leadership coaching on an ongoing basis to consolidate a modern leadership approach according to agile values and principles 
• Designing the next iteration of our target operating model 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• An agilist at heart – flexible, outcome-oriented, inspiring and to the point 
• Several years of professional experience as Scrum Master and Agile Coach in a scaled environment 
• A toolbox filled with training and coaching resources
• Experience with agile scaling frameworks (e.g. LeSS, Nexus, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, Kanban Flight Levels) as well as agile organisational structures (e.g. Spotify) 
• High level of empathy for the organisation and the people undergoing a change process 
• Willingness to regularly inspire colleagues on site with interactive training sessions
• Very good target group-oriented presentation, facilitation and communication skills – extra points for charm and wit
• Fluent German and English language skills – we are not only international in theory

Desirable extras.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence and/or ServiceNow
