The Stores area develops, optimises and manages our IT store systems worldwide. As part of our transformation to a product-oriented organisation, we are looking for motivated people who want to shape the future of our development. You control and coordinate the further development and modernisation of our systems. You work your way into existing complex business processes and optimise them for our store processes. Your colleagues are highly motivated developers, testers and product owners who will work with you on an equal footing to further develop the Stores Analytics application and make it fit for the store of the future.
Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Assuming responsibilty for the technical development of the applications in our 7,100 stores worldwide
- Actively helping to shape the next generation of our store systems
- Designing and implementing new requirements to optimise the software used
- Acting as an interface between the business and external service providers/developers
- Acting as the central contact person for technical questions in the area of monitoring and analytics solutions
- Assuming primary responsibility for the stabilising of software as well as coordinating the application in productive operation
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Degree with a focus on information technology or business administration, or similar qualification/training
- Practical experience in requirements management and in (agile) software development
- Technical knowledge on SQL and web services
- Initial experience in the area of agile project methods
- Structured and analytical way of working
- Teamwork skills, initiative and the motivation to develop oneself
- Very good English language skills
Desirable extras.
- Experience in current project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow and Confluence
- Experience in the retail sector is ideal
- German language skills are beneficial
- Knowledge on Java and Windows Server
