ALDI SOUTH IT ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used: both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our teams develop IT solutions for worldwide use at ALDI SOUTH. In the Customer Interaction team, you always have the customer in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions and the use of online tools comes naturally to you. You will develop digital “must-haves” for various apps or websites and thus ensure an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.

Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Supporting the development of mutually agreed customer success criteria within the scope of the corresponding project
  • Providing cross-functional coordination with the involved business teams regarding configuration, code changes, service level agreements and available data
  • Assisting with defining the project scope, schedule (including dependencies and integration components), resourcing, effort estimations and risk assessment
  • Managing and monitoring the system environments (DEV, TEST, QA, PROD) within our Digital Services unit regarding set-up, availability and support activities
  • Analysing environmental activities regarding the impact across the entire IT landscape
  • Coordinating our internal and external implementation partners 
  • Planning projects based on the specific requirements, existing system architecture, interfaces and workflows

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • Academic degree, preferably in commerce, engineering or information technologies
  • (First) Professional experiences in technical project management
  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and customer-oriented attitude
  • Very good English language skills

 

What is desirable.

  • Technical knowledge in the areas of web applications, web technologies and system architecture
  • Willingness to learn and tackle new and exciting challenges
