Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Proactively supporting a product owner along the agile product life cycle regarding digitalisation in our stores worldwide 
• Developing ideas and concepts, conducting cost-benefit assessments and setting priorities as well as accompanying the implementation of product features  
• Actively participating in product-related workshops and meetings as well as preparing reports and presentations 
• Actively supporting the product strategy and managing internal and external stakeholders 
• Communicating with international representatives of all ALDI SOUTH national business entities
   

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Academic degree, e.g. with a focus on project management 
• Initial experience in product management or in applying agile ways of working, ideally in a bricks-and-mortar and international retail environment 
• Ability to manage the expectations and interests of different stakeholders and, at the same time, to pursue the product strategy  
• Ideally, initial knowledge of IT solutions in the area of store operations 
• Excellent initiative, innovative and willingness to take responsibility as well as an agile mindset and persuasiveness 
• Analytical thinking as well as very good communication, moderation and presentation skills in both German and English
