<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>
- Processing incidents, problems, change requests and demands
- Providing 3rd level support for business end users together with our external partners
- Coordination and managing external service providers and compliance with SLAs
- Working in a global project for the implementation of a facilities management software and the supporting service organisation
- Creating and testing functional and technical solution concepts for the integration of a global facilities management cloud application into the global software landscape
- Close collaboration with international end user groups and national IT departments
<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>
- University degree or similar qualification (apprenticeship) with a focus on IT
- Experience in resolving incidents & problems as well as management of third party service providers
- Good knowledge of software-as-a-service workflow applications and, ideally, know-how in business processes related to technical facility management
- Ideally knowledge of SAP RE-FX, SAP FI-AP, SAP FI-CO, and the integration of cloud applications in a SAP-centric software landscape
- Willingness to travel internationally and very good English language skills
