Your Job

• Planning, developing and coordinating cutover and hypercare strategies 
• Preparing and implementing cutover and hypercare project phases
• Developing and coordinating a project-specific approach in your own area of responsibility with the national and international business and IT departments
• Working closely with our business and IT process experts in the detailed planning and management of external service providers 
• Providing on-site support to national teams for the rollout and project coordination, as well as using the experience and operational knowledge gained to guide future project planning

Your Profile

• Degree or apprenticeship with a focus on IT or business administration
• Keen interest in international collaboration and getting to know our operational business processes
• Ideally, initial experience working as a project manager or consultant 
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Structured way of working and organisational skills
• Very good English skills
• Willingness to travel internationally for rollouts and project coordination (approx. 10%)
