Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Advising the top management team on strategic and operational issues
• Analysing projects, resources and risks for the development of strategic planning
• Supporting the management of financial and resource planning
• Carrying out process support and monitoring as well as continuously improving the process and organisational structure from concept design to implementation
• Determining need for action and preparing concrete decision papers
• Closely cooperating with international specialist departments and external partners
• Preparing and moderating meetings and workshops

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Studies with a focus on business administration or business informatics
• 2-3 years of experience in IT strategy consulting or management consulting
• Excellent numercial skills and analytical thinking
• You like to face complex digital challenges and work enthusiastically on the development and mediation of solutions
• You can confidently understand and convey complex issues in German and English
• Very good handling of Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams

What is desirable.

• Used to working in both agile and classic project environments
• You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts
