We are searching for a Business Analyst (BA) with experience as a Data Scientist for our Automation and User Experience units. In your role as BA you will work closely together with our product owners, stakeholders and developers in order to ensure that our solutions support the company goals and improve customer satisfaction. Your primary duties are to support the product owner in defining and implementing product strategies. In addition, you will be responsible for analysing data from process and task mining tools in order to establish new automation opportunities and to optimise user experience.

Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Identifying automation potentials with all relevant international stakeholders in IT service management processes and related procedures
• Optimising the user experience in IT service management tools
• Creating use cases from the automations and user experience cases that have been identified Organising and communicating with architects and developers and providing support with the user acceptance test
• Collaborating on cross-product projects together with product and process owners within IT service management

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree with the main focus on IT or business economics
• Good experience in requirements engineering and composing user stories or comparable deliverables
• Initial experience in process mining and data science
• Experience in cooperating with international agile teams and IT Service Management
• A high degree of working independently
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness in English
• Organisational skills and a hands-on mentality

Desirable extras.

• Experience in the area of automation and/or user experience.
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow
• Experience in the retail industry
