Your Tasks
- Assuming responsibility for the operation and further development of several IT services (e.g. WMOS, SE/AS, SCI) as part of supply chain management
- Driving and managing international projects to design new business processes as part of our global transformation programme, as well as optimising and further developing our system landscape
- Managing and developing your own team
- Planning and managing the service budget
- Managing our external service partners (onshore/offshore) as well as structuring a stable and successful long-term business relationship
Your Profile
- University degree or similar qualifications (apprenticeship) with the main focus on IT and/or logistics
- Several years of international professional and project experience in the operation of complex software landscapes (e.g. Manhattan and SAP)
- Experience in managing employees or many years of experience in managing projects and external partners
- Experience in IT service management (ITIL) and logistics/SCM applications (e.g. Manhattan WMOS , SAP S/4 and, ideally, SAP TM)
- Positive mindset, analytical and structured approach to thinking and working, as well as enjoyment in designing and accompanying change
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; German language skills beneficial
