Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Providing L3 support, event and incident management for Sprinklr
  • Ensuring security awareness and establishing best practises
  • Monitoring system stability, availability and performance
  • Monitoring interfaces (e.g. data flow, data quality and completeness)
  • Reporting system and support-related KPIs (e.g. system availability, time to resolution)
  • Documenting operational processes
  • Coordinating and training L1 and L2 support levels
  • Closely collaborating with SMEs, architects and vendors
  • Communicating with intercultural stakeholders

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

 

  • A degree or other relevant qualification with a focus on IT
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Sprinklr
  • A proactive, well organised way of working, with a team-oriented attitude 
  • Data driven mindset, persuasiveness, and strong intercultural communication skills
  • Ability to autonomously handle and resolve incoming incidents, deliver root cause analyses and document defects
  • Very good English language skills (C-level) 

 

Desirable extras.

  • Basic knowledge of and experience within the field of social media marketing
  • Basic knowledge of software development and the ITIL concept 
  • Basic knowledge of common interface/data exchange technology (REST API, SOAP)
