Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Independently developing and implementing effective NLP and GenAI applications based on business requirements
• Demonstrating sound consulting expertise in the areas of NLP, machine learning and GenAI to advise internal stakeholders and involved teams
• Actively cooperating and coordinating international and interdisciplinary teams
• Assuming responsibility for AI projects and ensuring target achievement
• Performing analyses on current trends and technologies in the area of NLP and GenAI
• Acting as a mentor for employees and smaller teams and sharing specialist knowledge

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Master’s degree in computer science, data science or a related field with a focus on AI, NLP or generative AI
• At least five years of relevant professional work experience and extensive practical experience
• Sound knowledge of NLP technologies, machine learning and GenAI, experience with cloud platforms (primarily MS Azure) and very good knowledge of Python, Java or C++
• Extensive practical experience in implementing business requirements in production-ready applications based on AI, NLP or GenAI (focus: frameworks and advanced RAG architectures)
• Ability to communicate technical content to stakeholders in an understandable way, extensive experience in working with international and interdisciplinary teams and proven project management skills
