Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Advising the top management team on strategic and operational issues
- Determining need for action and preparing creative and pragmatic solution proposals
- Analysing projects, resources and risks for the development of strategic planning
- Preparing and moderating meetings and workshops
- Managing and continuously developing your own team
- Closely cooperating with international departments and external partners
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Several years of professional experience in IT strategy consulting or management consulting
- Confidence in understanding and conveying complex issues in German and English
- Excellent command of numbers combined with an analytical mindset
- Assertive, committed and sociable person with strong communication skills
- Willingness to take on complex challenges and enthusiasm for developing and delivering solutions
- Leadership experience
Desirable extras.
- Degree with a focus on business administration or business informatics
- Experience working in both agile and classic project environments
- Affinity for working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts
